The City of Tarkov is a currently in development map and gamemode for Rust based on the game Escape From Tarkov. It features 1 to 1 recreations of EFT's maps in Rust, providing the "Open World" Tarkov experience, as well as a unique gamemode that features a different progression to the one present in Rust and more similar to the progression of EFT while still keeping the core of Rust the same.
You will encounter similar NPCs to the ones in EFT such as: Scavs, Scav bosses, Raiders, THE CULT, and of course the Traders. Players will need to build bases, gather loot, fight the opposite PMC faction and earn the trust of the Traders around the city in order to progress.
